I have been a memeber to deviant art for a few years now, always interested in photography. With no professional study of the art everything I have learned has been self study of other photgraphers to include friends, family, and fellow deviants here. Just over a year ago I finally bought my first real camera, a Nikon D5000, not necessarily the best but was in my price range and got me started. I had planned to submit my first photos much sooner, and changed my Deviant logon name, so I have actually been a member of this site for about 2-3 years longer than my profile shows.
